Basic knowledge of biomechanics is necessary in order to understand the mechanisms behind the injuries.

Rehabilitation is to restore the body to the way it was before the injury by strengthening and we have two Isokinetic machines for testing and strengthening, as well as balance and Proprioceptive gadgets. It is very important to have a carefully personally planned rehabilitational programme after any injury in order to return to sport.

 Proprioception Training is how to improve one's joint awareness  in space in rehabilitation to the rest of the body.
